General
All sales of my handmade products are conducted through the Crafter's Market UK website (CMUK). When an order is placed to purchase an item, the sales contract is between myself as the “seller” and you the consumer “buyer”. * CMUK provides a service to facilitate that contract but is not responsible for it or its fulfilment.
Buying
The buyer must pay in full for items purchased prior to fulfilment of the order. Orders will only be accepted through the CMUK shopping cart system, which uses Stripe to provide a safe and secure payment gateway so you can buy with confidence.
Cancelling An Order
The buyer must inform the seller if they wish to cancel the order, preferably through the CMUK website messaging system.
If the goods have not yet been sent, a refund will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.
If goods have been dispatched, I will provide a full refund of the cost of the item, plus postage where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned item in unused and undamaged condition.

Returns Policy

Personalised Items: Under UK law unless an item is damaged or faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements. However, if you are not happy with a personalised order please do get in touch as I will review any issue, and refund or replace where I determine it is necessary to do so.
Lost Or Faulty Items
The buyer has a right to return goods if they develop a fault within six months of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair, or a replacement.
If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, I will deem the contract is terminated and offer either a refund or replacement item where possible.
If damaged in transit I will provide a prepaid return postage label, upon receipt of photographic evidence, of items that have arrived in damaged condition and offer either a refund or replacement item where possible. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
